We’re working with a mainstream secondary school in Bournemouth, part of a large and well-established academy trust, to recruit a Teaching Assistant for a full-time, immediate start.

The Role

• Full-time position with an immediate start

• Supporting a small number of pupils with Autism across the school

• Working closely with class teachers and the SEN team to support learning, engagement, and wellbeing

• Opportunity to progress into a permanent role for the right candidate

Who We’re Looking For

• A compassionate, patient, and reliable individual

• Previous experience supporting pupils with Autism is desirable but not essential

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• A valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one with our support

• A genuine interest in supporting young people to reach their potential
