Full-Time | Immediate Start
Are you a caring and motivated Teaching Assistant looking to make a meaningful difference in a secondary school setting? We’re working with a mainstream secondary school in Bournemouth, part of a large and well-established academy trust, to recruit a Teaching Assistant for a full-time, immediate start.
The Role

Full-time position with an immediate start

Supporting a small number of pupils with Autism across the school

Working closely with class teachers and the SEN team to support learning, engagement, and wellbeing
-
Opportunity to progress into a permanent role for the right candidate

Who We’re Looking For

A compassionate, patient, and reliable individual

Previous experience supporting pupils with Autism is desirable but not essential

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

A valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one with our support

A genuine interest in supporting young people to reach their potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
