‍ Teaching Assistant | Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ Secondary School |Bournemouth| Full-Time Role

Are you passionate about supporting young people in their learning and development?

A welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in WN6 is looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, term-time position – ideal for someone looking to gain school-based experience or develop their career in education.

The Role:

  • Support students across a range of subjects, primarily at KS3 and KS4

  • Work alongside teachers to help deliver engaging lessons and targeted interventions

  • Provide 1:1 or small group support for students with additional needs

  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has experience working with young people in an educational or youth setting

  • Is patient, adaptable, and confident in building rapport with students

  • Is a strong communicator with a genuine interest in helping learners succeed

  • A team player who’s eager to learn and grow in a school environment

Location: Bournemouth

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
