The Role
We are seeking a committed and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide high-quality support to pupils with special educational needs, helping them to access learning and develop key life skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pupils in the classroom on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
• Assist with the delivery of personalised learning plans
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
• Support pupils with personal care where required
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families

What We’re Looking For

• A caring, patient, and resilient individual
• Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential)
• An interest in special educational needs and inclusive education
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A willingness to learn and undertake relevant training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
