TP Tutors is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated tutors to provide personalised one-to-one tuition to primary and secondary learners across Bournemouth and surrounding areas.

This rewarding opportunity involves working with both mainstream and SEN/SEND learners, helping students overcome barriers to learning, build confidence and make meaningful academic progress. Whether a learner requires targeted intervention in Maths or English, support preparing for exams, or additional assistance relating to Autism, ADHD, SEMH or other SEND needs, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference.

Every learner is unique, which is why we tailor our tuition to individual needs, goals and learning styles. As a tutor, you'll play an important role in helping students re-engage with education and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging one-to-one tuition sessions
• Adapt learning to suit individual needs and abilities
• Support learners across a range of curriculum subjects
• Monitor and record student progress
• Build positive relationships with families, schools and professionals
• Support learner confidence, independence and attainment

Requirements

• Experience working with children or young people
• Teaching, tutoring, mentoring or educational experience
• Experience supporting mainstream and/or SEN learners
• Strong communication skills
• Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
• Ability to travel within Bournemouth and surrounding areas
