Join our Team in Boston and make a difference in our Secondary School, we are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to bring the passion and keep students engaged in the classroom. Support teachers and assist with maintaining a positive and inclusive environment.
Location: East Midlands, Lincolnshire, Boston
Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time
Primary Industry: Education and Training
Secondary Industry: Education and Training
Salary: £85 - £100 Per day
Job Duties:
- Assist the lead teacher in delivering lessons and activities
- Support students with their learning and development
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Prepare and organise classroom materials and resources
- Supervise students during class and break times
Required Qualifications:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Experience working with children or young people
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
- Minimum of GCSE level education
- Additional qualifications in Education or Childcare preferred
Experience:
- Experience in a similar role within an educational setting
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of child development and learning processes
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Organisational and time-management skills
Working Conditions:
- Part-time hours, temporary position
- Work within a school setting
- Supportive and collaborative work environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
