£83 - £85 per day

Job Duties:

• Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering lessons
• Assisting students with special educational needs (SEN)
• Helping to create a positive learning environment
• Providing one-on-one support to students as needed
• Assisting with classroom management and behaviour

Required Qualifications:

• A relevant teaching assistant qualification
• Experience working with students with SEN
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths

Experience:

Prior experience as a teaching assistant in a similar setting

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of SEN strategies and techniques
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong organisational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• First Aid certification
• Additional training in SEN support

Working Conditions:

This role involves working in a classroom setting with students of varying abilities and needs. The successful candidate may need to provide support during break times and off-site activities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
