Teaching Assistant, Full Time, Twickenham

We have a new opportunity for a TA to work alongside other teaching professionals and provide the best starting education to children of all primary ages.

Working with Teaching Personnel will provide you with a schedule that fits around your availability, and a competitive pay rate. As well as this, you also have the chance to gain invaluable experience within the institution, and have the chance to gain extra training throughout.

To qualify for this you will need to have:

• A passion for education and encouraging children to develop.
• The ability to build and maintain relationships with children, either in small groups or 1:1.
• Work to your own initiative with confidence both inside and outside of the classroom.
• Previous School/Health care experience/Youth work/Sports coaching is desired.
• A Child workforce only DBS registered with the update service (or be willing to gain one)
• A full Driving License.

As behaviour management will be a big part of your job, experience or training within this sector is essential. This could be:

• Providing constant positivity throughout the lessons
• Building a strong relationship with a student
• Assisting them with their task but allowing them to be independent
• Provide boundaries
