Are you a looking for a flexible job that can work around your day to day life? If so, this is the perfect job for you!

We have part time Teaching Assistant roles available where you can decide or just let us know if you want to work on the day! You will have your own online diary where you log in and update your availability so you can let us know what days, mornings, afternoons and evenings you are available to work!

You will be working on a 0 hour contract and you will work in either the same school or various local mainstream and SEN schools (we will discuss work preferences and suitable locations during your registration process). As a Teaching Assistant, your role will be to work within the class to support the class teacher with their lessons, you will be working alongside a team of support staff in class, and you will be working on a 1-1 basis with SEN students.

You may be someone that has an interest in becoming a TA or maybe you just want to gain some experience working with children? As well as gaining experience, it is also a great way of securing a permanent position in the future.

This is also a great opportunity for candidates that do not have a desire to work in education as this is a great way of earning money in a very flexible manner, however it is desirable that you have previous experience with at least one of the following either professionally or personally:

  • Learning Difficulties Experience
  • Behavioural Difficulties
  • Psychology
  • Youth/Community work experience
  • Care work
  • Mentoring

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
