Teaching Assistants Required

We are working with an Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ primary school in Coalville. The school is known for its supportive staff team and strong focus on pupil development. They are looking for Teaching Assistants who bring energy, consistency, and care into the classroom.
This role gives you the chance to support children at a key stage in their development and play a direct role in their progress each day.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
- Work one-to-one and with small groups to support learning
- Help create a structured and engaging classroom environment
- Support pupils with additional needs where required
- Encourage positive behaviour and build confidence
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with children or young people, school experience helps but is not required
- A patient and proactive approach
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- A clear interest in supporting children’s learning
- Commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare

Pay rates include 12.07 percent statutory holiday pay. This role starts as temporary, with the option to move into a permanent position.
Teaching Personnel follows strict safeguarding checks in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education. This includes online checks for shortlisted candidates.
Free safeguarding and Prevent training is provided. All candidates must complete an enhanced DBS check. Full support is provided.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
