Qualified Teaching Assistants Required

Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in local schools?
We are currently recruiting Qualified Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of primary and secondary schools throughout Leicester and Leicestershire. Whether you're seeking flexible day-to-day supply work, a fixed-term position, or a long-term opportunity, we have roles to suit your availability and career goals.
The Role
- Supporting pupils in the classroom to maximise learning and engagement
- Working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality educational support
- Providing one-to-one and small group interventions where required
- Supporting pupils with additional learning needs and SEN
- Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Hours
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm
Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
- Previous experience working within a school setting
- A Level 2 Teaching Assistant, Level 3 Teaching Assistant, or HLTA qualification
- A positive, proactive and professional approach
- Strong communication and classroom support skills
Desirable
We would also welcome applications from candidates with:
- SEN qualifications or specialist training
- Experience supporting pupils with additional needs
- Behaviour support experience
- Experience working across a range of age groups

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
