Teaching Assistant and Cover Supervisor required near Clacton

We have a position in a Secondary School near Clacton-on-Sea for a full time Teaching Assistant / Cover Supervisor. In this role you will be helping KS3 and KS4 students. The position will be starting in January.

This is a mixed role in which you will be either be helping assist a teacher with their class and ensuring that all of the pupils are at the same attainment level or delivering a set lesson plan in an engaging way to make sure pupils are attentive and striving to learn as much as possible.

The successful candidate will be able to motive young learners, help them with the means to achieve their maximum potential, develop individual responsibility and respect for others.
