The school is offering the right candidate support with their PGCE placement and a position at the school for their NQT year.

In this Primary Teaching Assistant position in Acton you will be working in different functions across the whole school, lending support to children of varying ages and Key-Stages. Your Teaching Assistant role at the school will be varied as you lend classroom support on an ad-hoc basis, you will also be practising your independent teaching skills as you lead 1-1 and group sessions of targeted intervention classes, helping to raise attainment within pupils who are struggling with the current phase of their education. Throughout your Teaching Assistant role you will be supported in this role by an experienced SENCO who will ensure you're given all the training and support needed to work effectively with the children and teacher of the school.
