Are you a Teacher looking for a new direction or challenge?

If so Teaching Personnel have the role for you! We are working alongside specialist schools who are looking for Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teachers, particularly mainstream Teachers who are interested in trying out a new role.

The strong relationship we have with our SEN schools means we can give the opportunity for mainstream Teachers to experience an SEN setting, offering support and training through the transition.

In a specialist setting you will have small class sizes allowing you to focus your attention on each individual student and support from LSA’s who tend to work 1:1 with each student in the class allowing you to make a real difference. Many parts of the Teacher role will stay the same, such as:

-          Planning and delivering lessons that take the needs of the students into consideration

-          Assisting the children with their educational growth

The candidate –

-          Hold UK QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.

-          Experience working in a classroom setting.

-          You will be confident, determined, approachable and positive.

If you do not have the qualifications above but have experience working with children in another capacity for example: Youth work, mentoring and support work, and also wish to experience a new career direction, then please do apply as we have a number of other positions as a Teaching Assistant. Alternatively if you are a Teacher looking for a change with fewer hours , we have roles as a Tutor with flexible hours on a one-to-one basis.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.This will be a temporary position and may go permanent at a later date.
