Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience) + potential TLR for suitable candidates
Science Teachers Wanted – Secondary Schools Across Surrey
We are seeking enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and committed Science Teachers to join a range of thriving secondary schools across Surrey. Opportunities are available for Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and General Science specialists at KS3–KS5 level.
Whether you are an ECT at the start of your career or an experienced teacher looking for progression, we have schools ready to welcome passionate Science educators.
The Role
As a Science Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)

Teach your Science specialism (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics)
-
Plan, prepare, and assess student work in line with curriculum requirements
-
Inspire curiosity and scientific thinking
-
Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour
-
Contribute to the wider school community
We Are Looking For
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-
Experience teaching Science within UK secondary schools
-
Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics
-
Ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities
-
Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
-
A collaborative and proactive attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
