Job Vacancy: PE Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and reliable PE Cover Supervisor to join a friendly and supportive secondary school in Camberley. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sport, young people, and maintaining a positive learning environment.

‍♂️ The Role

As a PE Cover Supervisor, you will supervise PE lessons when the regular teacher is absent, ensuring students remain safe, engaged, and on task using pre-prepared lesson plans.

✅ Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage PE lessons across KS3 and KS4.

• Ensure student safety during physical activities.

• Maintain good behaviour and follow school policies.

• Support pupils to stay focused and motivated.

• Report back to the PE department on lesson outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience working with young people (preferred).

• Interest or background in sport / physical education.

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

• Confidence leading groups of students.

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
