Location: Newport, Caldicot, Chepstow & Monmouth
Contracts: Full-time, Part-time & Flexible
Pay: Competitive, dependent on role

• Teachers (Primary)
• SEN / ALN Support Staff

Our partner schools across Newport, Caldicot, Chepstow and Monmouth are welcoming, inclusive and supportive environments.
Many of our schools have nurture provisions, Learning Resource Bases (LRB) and Specialist Resource Bases (SRB), supporting pupils with a range of additional learning and behavioural needs.
You’ll be joining teams that value collaboration, consistency and strong relationships, with a clear focus on helping every child succeed.
About the Roles:
Depending on your experience, duties may include:
• Supporting pupils’ learning across the curriculum
• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Leading classes as a Cover Supervisor or Teacher
• Supporting pupils with ALN/SEN and behavioural needs
• Working 1:1 or with small groups
• Encouraging a positive, structured and inclusive environment
• Being proactive and building strong relationships with pupils and staff

• Reliable, enthusiastic and flexible individuals
• People with a “get up and go” attitude who are proactive in the classroom
• Strong communicators who can build rapport quickly
• Individuals who remain calm and positive in busy or challenging environments
• Qualified Teachers, experienced support staff, or those looking to start their journey in education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
