- Strong ability to build rapport quickly with children and staff
- Calm, patient and resilient approach
- Someone who doesn’t take behaviour personally and understands it as communication
- Willingness to learn and develop skills within a behaviour-focused setting
- Experience working with children or in challenging environments is preferred but not essential
Ideal Backgrounds (but not required)
- Teaching Assistants
- Nursery Practitioners
- Youth Workers / Sports Coaches
- Care or Support Workers

- Anyone with experience managing behaviour or working with young people
What You’ll Gain
- Weekly pay
- Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant
- Access to CPD including Behaviour Management & Safeguarding
- Hands-on experience in a nurture-focused school environment
- A role where you can make a genuine impact every day
This is a great opportunity for someone who is energetic, resilient and genuinely wants to make a difference in a school where behaviour support is key.
