Job description

Class Teacher& EYFS Phase Leader position in Greenford!

Duration- Full time, permanent position, September start date

Pay- £120-£150 per day, dependant on experience.

The Headteacher and governors of this particular school are keen to appoint an experienced and passionate EYFS teacher who wants to develop their leadership skills by becoming a phase leader. This is an ideal leadership role for an experienced teacher who enjoys making a positive contribution to the whole school and who wants to take the step up into leadership with the support of an experienced and dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be someone who:

-          Has a passion towards whole school development, with excellent organisational schools

-          An excellent early year’s teacher, who has a proven track record of helping students excel

-          Has some kind of leadership experience and is confident in bringing new and innovative ideas to a school to help them develop

-          Values inclusion and has a genuine interest in working as a part of a team.

The role will consist of the following-

-          Leading the Early Years to achieve high quality teaching, effective use of resources and highest deliverance of curriculum.

-          Take specific responsibility and accountability for the day-to-day management of the school.

-          Lead and co-ordinate the work of the early years.

-          Promote the wellbeing of staff and pupils in the school with reference to Early Years.
