Successful graduates will undertake school assignments as a graduate teaching assistant to gain the school-based experience and tools to be excellent teachers. Working with a range of talented teachers you will support student learning and get a first-hand insight into what is required to be a confident and capable teacher.

Teaching Personnel are the UKs Leading Supply Teacher agency, working with over 100 schools across Lincolnshire. Every day we support schools with supply cover, long term temporary assignments and permanent recruitment, so whatever you are looking for - we can help!

We currently work with a number of schools throughout Sleaford and Lincoln, who regularly book day to day supply cover as well as longer term roles.

Once registered with Teaching Personnel, you will gain access to an online diary, to manage work around your other commitments. You will receive exclusive access to local bookings and vacancies, and weekly pay, paid directly into your bank account.
