We are now recruiting for our September 2026 Teacher Training Programme, offering a structured and practical pathway into the profession within a vibrant school environment.
About the Programme
This full-time, school-based training opportunity is designed to equip aspiring teachers with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in the classroom. From day one, you will be immersed in school life, working alongside experienced staff while developing your teaching practice.
Throughout the programme, you will gradually take on more responsibility, progressing from observation to co-teaching and ultimately leading lessons independently.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
