THE TWO-YEAR STRUCTURE
FIRST YEAR: BUILD YOUR FOUNDATION
Position: Cover Supervisor with Training Integration
Duration: September 2026 through August 2027
Status: Fully paid employment with benefits

Annual salary £23,000 - £27,000

Position: Teacher Training Candidate
Duration: September 2027 through July 2028
Status: Continued salary support throughout
ACADEMIC PREREQUISITES
Required before Year Two commencement:
- University degree (UK institution or equivalent)
- GCSE English Language: minimum Grade C/4
- GCSE Mathematics: minimum Grade C/4
Support Available: Equivalency testing and Subject Knowledge Enhancement programmes arranged as needed.
