Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen in a school around the Hastings area. The school are now looking to appoint an outstanding Teacher of History who can show a real passion for the subject and can inspire students about their learning.
The Academy are looking for a teacher who is really passionate and excited about teaching History that will make a significant contribution to the further improvement of the faculty. They encourage their students to thrive academically, but their wellbeing remains at the core of their vision and ethos. Students are supported to make informed decisions when choosing their pathways for Key Stage 4. Students have a broad curriculum provision with a variety of subject options to prepare them for the next stage of their lives. Humanities across the different key stages are increasingly popular option choices for their students.
The CPD programme and support the school offer is excellent and we would therefore encourage any teacher to join the Academy to excel and develop your career as a teacher.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
