Teacher of DT (Resistant Materials)|| Thanet

Are you a qualified DT Teacher and are seeking a new, exciting role at a school in Thanet, Kent?
A secondary school in Thanet are seeking a full-time Teacher of Resistant Materials to start in September. The role is a class teaching position that will be covering KS3-KS4,the salary for the position is negotiable dependant on experience and will be set at(M1-M6 - £22,917-£33,824)

This school situated in Thanet, a popular area of Kent with a beautiful coastline. Our client are looking to appoint approachable and inspirational teachers to join their team.

The responsibilities for this role will include:
* Undertaking full class teaching responsibility for KS3-KS4 classes.
* Maintaining a positive learning environment through classroom management among the pupils and safeguarding their health and safety
* Preparation of pupils for GCSE examinations
* Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress and attainment of pupils, as well as on their personal and social needs

The ideal candidate for this role will be:
* Believe in and be committed to every pupil reaching their potential
* Be a positive and significant role model for the schools students and other staff
* Be creative and able to inspire learning beyond the classroom
* Have the skills and the determination to make a significant difference
* Be flexible, reflective and open to feedback
