Job Opportunity: Fully Qualified Teacher in Luton

Are you a passionate educator looking to make a real difference in the lives of young learners? We're seeking a dedicated Fully Qualified Teacher to join our team in Luton, starting ASAP. This position offers full-time hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with the option for either a permanent placement or as a supply teacher.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal growth.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct at all times.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
  • Previous experience teaching in a primary or secondary school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum and educational standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of the school environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
