Teacher Assistants/Pastoral Support Workers Needed!

We are looking for Learning Support Assistants to provide support for children with special educational needs. This support will be classroom based in an expanding Southampton school who have recently opened a new alternative learning provision and are looking for ambitious learning support assistants who want to progress their teaching career.

Do you have relevant or personal experience working with children or young adults with: Behaviour needs, autism, ADHD, speech and language issues or social and emotional issues, if so we want to hear from you.

This role may require you to work with individual children, in small groups, or within a whole class. You will be supported by a class teacher at all times.

You will:

• Have relevant qualifications, or be open to career development opportunities
