Teaching Assistant – No Experience Needed

The West Drayton School is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and welcoming team – no previous school experience required!

Location: West Drayton, UB7
Position: Full-Time, Term Time Only
Start: Immediate or September 2025

Your role will involve:

• Assisting in classrooms across different year groups

• Supporting pupils one-to-one or in small groups

• Helping create a positive and engaging learning environment

• Working closely with teachers and other support staff

• Is proactive, flexible and keen to learn

• Communicates well with both children and adults

• Genuinely wants to support children’s development and wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
