A welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Wimbledon is looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for recent or soon-to-be university graduates who are considering a career in teaching, education, psychology or related fields and want to gain hands-on school experience.

About the Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils in class across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Work 1:1 or with small groups to reinforce learning
• Help deliver interventions planned by the class teacher or SENCo
• Assist with classroom routines, preparation and organisation
• Contribute to a positive, encouraging learning environment
• Gain valuable insight into behaviour management, lesson delivery and pupil support
