Job description

Tutor – Tyldesley (M29)

We are seeking tutors in Tyldesley (M29) to support pupils who need help reintegrating back into school. Many learners may have been out of education due to anxiety, SEND, or medical needs, and your role will be to provide personalised 1:1 tuition that builds confidence, strengthens core skills, and prepares them to return to the classroom.

The ideal candidate will have experience teaching or tutoring children, strong subject knowledge in Maths and English, and the ability to adapt lessons to individual needs. A patient and supportive approach is essential, along with an Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).

We offer £25–£30 per hour, flexible weekday hours, weekly PAYE pay, and ongoing support. Apply today with your CV.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
