Tutor – Manchester (M2)

Make a Difference Through Personalised Learning

We are currently recruiting for a Tutor to work with learners in the Manchester (M2) area. This role offers the opportunity to provide tailored one-to-one support, helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their educational goals.

About the Role

You will deliver engaging and personalised tuition sessions, adapting your approach to meet the individual needs of each learner. Students may require support due to SEND, SEMH needs, gaps in education, medical needs, or challenges accessing mainstream education.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience teaching or tutoring children and young people.
  • Can build positive and trusting relationships with learners.
  • Is confident planning and delivering bespoke learning programmes.
  • Has strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Is passionate about improving educational outcomes.

Desirable Experience

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent.
  • Experience working with SEND and/or SEMH learners.
  • Knowledge of the National Curriculum and exam pathways.
  • Experience delivering one-to-one or small group tuition.
