Support Assistant

 A Primary school in Basildon are looking for a Special Education Need (SEN) Support Assistant.

The School are looking for support assistant who will be flexible, adaptable and some one who is passionate and hungry to get involved supporting SEN pupils. 

About The Role

• This is a full time, long term position to start immediately

• The role is to support SEN pupils who require 1-1 support in the class

Potential to go permanent

The ideal Candidate

• Moving Handling experience and or training is beneficial

• Experience with PMLD, complex, medical and severe learning difficulties is beneficial

• Candidates with experience as a residential support worker, health care worker, nursing, carer or along these lines of work will also be considered.

• Need to be able to commit long term and 5 days a week (8:30 - 15:30) w

• Able to provide all the correct vetting documents - Full support and guidance will be given
