We are looking to recruit more supply Teachers to work on a day to day basis in Primary Schools in Reading and West Berkshire to help improve and nurture their pupils in preparation from moving from Reception/Early Years to Year 6. Reading and West Berkshire has seen an increase in the demand for supply teachers over the Summer Term and with more teacher turnaround we anticipate the Autumn term going in the same direction.

TO BE CONSIDERED for these types of roles you will need the ability to:

• Raise standards and help the transition period from Early Years to KS1 and KS2.
• Nurture, inspire pupils and lead by example.
• Commit to Assessment for Learning and Co-operative Learning.
• Work with children from a variety of backgrounds with a variety of needs.

Pay Rate would be £100 to £140 a day depending on experience.
