Supply Teacher Southend

With a recent agreement secured with a large school group in Essex starting in January 2019, we are seeking passionate supply teachers to work with us both on a full time or part time basis. Working as a supply teacher with Teaching Personnel has several benefits, including;

1. Flexibility- you are in control on the amount of days you work, this could be anywhere from 1-5 days per week. With our online diary you can block and unblock days for work to suit your availability, allowing you to manage your working week.
2. Competitive Pay- pay will never be below £120 with uplifts to account for planning and marking. Time sheets are completed by the school so there is no admin for you, allowing you to concentrate on enjoying your teaching.
3. No payroll or umbrella company costs - we can provide you with competitive rates without the need to be paid via an umbrella company, ensuring that you are not passed on unfair tax, insurance and payroll costs!
4. Local work - we specialise in finding local work for you, with a dedicated consultant for your local authority. Our agreement includes both Primary and Secondary Schools, so we will have opportunities for you no matter what key stage or subject you specialise in!
