This role is ideal for experienced teachers looking to reduce their timetable, Newly Qualified Teachers looking to gain more experience or retired teachers looking for flexible part-time work.

Highlights of this supply teacher position;

• Regular flexible supply work (between 1 – 5 days per week)

• Earn GBP100 - GBP120 per day, dependant on experience levels
• Introduction to a over 6 successful secondary schools in Tameside accessible from the M67, M60 and surrounding areas of Dukinfield, Denton, Ashton and Hyde

Due to an increase in staff absence and cover demands, we are looking to introduce a new cohort of supply teachers to our client schools in Tameside. Working with over 6 successful secondary schools, Teaching Personnel are able to offer up to 5 days per week, working in schools located across Tameside. For those living in the surrounding areas of Manchester, Stockport and Oldham, our client schools are easily accessible from the M67 andM60 motor ways.

Duties of the role will include covering in the short term absence of teachers over a variety of subjects and year groups. Planning and marking is not required for this role as all work will be set. Strong classroom management, flexibility and the ability to be proactive is essential for this role.

For Newly Qualified Teachers, this role is ideal for gaining experience in a variety of schools across the Tameside Local Education Authority.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
