Supply Teacher

Job description

Teaching Personnel are working with schools in the Hull and Surrounding areas. Working with all these schools means there is a requirement for teachers who are available for daily cover and flexible cover teaching. This role would be suitable for any teachers who are looking for any level of teaching work, from 2 to 5 days per week.

Supply teaching role:

This role would suit any teachers who are looking for flexible cover work without any planning or marking responsibilities. There are options to teach your subject specialism as well as provide general cover in a range of subjects at many of these schools in the Hull and surrounding areas. This role will suit teachers of any experience level, including newly qualified teachers and those more experienced. The role of supply teaching on a flexible basis would suit any teacher who has other commitments as there is flexibility to only teach on certain days or on a part time basis for example.

This would also suit any teachers who are potentially looking for more long term work but haven’t yet secured work. Many of the schools we work with often have long term sickness cover requirements as well as paternity covers, medical cover or day to day sickness cover that leads to long term assignments as well as permanent roles.

Highlights of the supply teaching role:

  • Earn up to GBP35/hour
  • Opportunity to teach on a day to day, flexible basis in line with teacher’s availability
  • Work in secondary schools
  • Ideal for those teachers who are available for any teaching work
  • Teachers of all experience levels are encouraged to apply for further information and consideration

Schools are keen on teachers who present themselves well, are professional in their approach and take pride in their teaching.
