Supply teacher

Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging and interactive lessons to students across a range of age groups and abilities
• Adapting lesson plans left by regular teachers in order to meet the learning needs of students
• Providing a safe and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported
• Managing classroom behavior and ensuring a positive and supportive atmosphere
• Assessing and providing constructive feedback on students' progress
• Collaborating with other staff members to create a cohesive and effective learning environment

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification
• Experience working with students of different ages and abilities
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and current teaching methods
• Proven ability to adapt to varying educational environments and deliver effective lessons
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
