We are seeking positive and dependable Primary Supply Teachers to work with a range of friendly and supportive primary schools across Southampton and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers who value flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a real difference across KS1 and KS2.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Recent experience teaching within KS1 and/or KS2
• A calm, adaptable and positive approach to supply teaching
• Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to quickly establish positive relationships
• Confidence delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
• Professionalism, reliability and a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning

What the Role Involves

• Delivering high-quality teaching in day-to-day, short-term and long-term supply placements
• Teaching pre-planned lessons and adapting delivery where appropriate
• Creating a safe, welcoming and well-managed classroom environment
• Supporting pupils’ academic progress, confidence and well-being
• Working collaboratively with school staff and following safeguarding and school policies
