Primary Supply Teacher – Flexible Work Across Southampton
Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Primary Teachers to join our supply pool and work across a variety of primary schools throughout Southampton.
We partner with a wide range of schools who require flexible cover for PPA, short-term absences and sickness throughout the week. This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who are looking for work that fits around their lifestyle, whether you are available one day a week or full time.
We welcome applications from:

Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to gain experience across different school settings

Experienced teachers seeking flexibility and variety

Retired teachers who wish to remain in the classroom on a part-time or ad-hoc basis
The ideal candidate will:

Hold QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
-
Be confident delivering pre-planned lessons across the primary age range
-
Adapt quickly to new classroom environments
-
Maintain high standards of behaviour and safeguarding

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
