Job Title: Supply Teacher
Location: England, Greater London, Putney
Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time
Primary Industry: Education and Training
Job Duties:
1. Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
2. Follow the school's curriculum and lesson plans to ensure continuity in learning.
3. Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
4. Provide feedback to regular teachers on students' progress and behaviour.
5. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student development.
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in the UK.
- Proven experience in teaching or working with children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and methods.
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.
Experience:
Previous experience in teaching or working with children preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of the UK education system and curriculum.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students of various abilities.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications or training in specific subject areas.
- Experience working with diverse student populations.
- Knowledge of special educational needs (SEN) strategies.
Working Conditions:
- Part-time hours with flexibility in scheduling.
- Work in different schools and classrooms as needed.
- May require travel within the Greater London area.
- Temporary position based on school needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
