Supply Teacher

General Cover/ Supply Teacher Required

Teaching Personnel are currently looking to recruit General Supply Teachers for a number of our client schools around the Chelmsford area. We are searching for Teachers across all subject specialisms but especially those who would be confident teaching over a number of subject areas. A role as a Supply Teacher with Teaching Personnel can offer flexible, regular work in a number of local Secondary Schools. 

An ideal candidate will require:

• UK Qualified Teacher Status 
• A track record of demonstrating a strong ability to teach, plan and prepare lessons to Ofsted standards
• A commitment to develop the personalities, talents and abilities of all students
• A confident and positive approach to working with children
• The ability to be a proactive team member, committed to raising standards and achievement
• An enthusiasm to learn and develop professionally
• Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
• A current Child Only DBS registered with the Update Service or be willing to apply for a DBS done through Teaching Personnel
