Teaching Personnel are looking for a hard-working and dedicated individual who wishes to work within secondary education. We are seeking individuals wishing to do Supply Teaching on a flexible basis in the Bournemouth and surrounding areas.

If you have experience working in a school and are looking for flexible work, this could be the perfect role for you!

The position is suitable to candidates with all levels of experience, ranging from graduates to retired teachers.

The ideal candidate:

• You will be hard-working, motivated and a self starter
• The ideal candidate will be organised, confident and work collaboratively with students and staff
• You will have a keen interest and passion for the education sector 
• Ideally would have had experience but candidates with no teaching experience but have had previous roles in coaching or held other leadership responsibilities will be considered 

Roles & Responsibilities;

• Support and assist pupils
• Covering pre-planned lessons in the absence of teachers
• Supervising behaviour
• Ensuring activities and set tasks are completed by pupils
• Covering a range of classes in different subject areas
• Working with a variety of pupils ranging in ability
• Evaluating students progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
