Supply Teacher - Guaranteed Work Scheme
Job description
Due to a significant increase in demand, Teaching Personnel are excited to offering guaranteed work contracts for exceptional teachers based Northampton, Kettering and Corby.
Every term, Teaching Personnel are able to offer select teachers a place on our Guaranteed Work Scheme which provides teachers with that all-important guaranteed income, whilst retaining the flexibility of supply work. We are currently looking for teachers able to teach across EYFS, Key Stage One and Key Stage Two.
Benefits of our Guaranteed Work Scheme:
- Assurance that you will receive work in schools
- Guarantees that you will receive income for at least the number of days (less one) that you make yourself available every week under the terms of the scheme
- Means that you don't have to manage relationships with multiple agencies
- Minimises your payroll administration and tax issues
- Paid through PAYE - not Umbrella companies
How it works:
- Once you have registered with us and built up good feedback in our client schools, we will discuss how many days you can commit to being free for supply work.
- We will guarantee to pay you for every day less one (per week), even if there is no work available.
- In order to be paid for not working, you will need to have fulfilled the terms and conditions of the scheme.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
