Teaching Personnel is looking for confident and adaptable Primary School Teachers to cover day-to-day supply roles across Sutton and the surrounding area. If you’re keen to keep teaching without the commitment of a permanent or long-term contract, this could be the perfect fit.

Supply teaching gives you the freedom to choose when you work, gain experience across different schools, and enjoy variety in your teaching week. It’s ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who want to build skills, meet new colleagues, and inspire pupils in different settings.

What the Role Involves

• Delivering lessons based on the school’s plans and curriculum
• Managing behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Supporting pupils’ learning and ensuring progress is made each day
• Adapting quickly to new year groups, routines, and classrooms

Who We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent overseas qualification
• Recent experience teaching in UK primary schools
• Strong classroom management and flexibility across year groups
