Job description

Job Title: Primary School Teacher – Supply Opportunities
Location: Bournemouth, Poole & Christchurch, UK
Salary: £130-£150 per day

About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teachers to join our supply teaching team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of mainstream primary schools in the Bournemouth, Poole, and Christchurch area. You will support schools in delivering high-quality education, providing cover for absent teachers, and contributing positively to the learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across primary year groups.
  • Follow school plans and adapt teaching to meet pupils’ needs.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity of learning.
  • Provide feedback on pupil progress and report any concerns to school management.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in primary school settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and year groups.
  • A proactive approach to supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
