Sports Graduates

Are you a sports graduate and looking to start building the foundations of a successful and rewarding career in education?
Would you like to gain further experience before applying for a PGCE?
Teaching Personnel are seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic Sports Graduate to work in great local Primary Schools in Bristol and Bath to work a one to one basis as a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with challenging behaviour.
This role is to starting as soon as possible and you'll be working either full time or part time.

These pupils have a strong interest in sports so ideally we are looking for someone with a sports background (playing or coaching) or sports related qualification.
What we're looking for:

* Ideally minimum 2:2 in a sports related degree
* Someone who is comfortable working with challenging behaviour, must be firm but fair.
* A highly motivated and energetic individual
* Ability to build and maintain solid relationships with staff, students and parents.
* Being a positive role model at all times and be able to create a fun and exciting environment for learning.
* Someone with experiencing working with children either in a classroom setting or coaching.
