It is a great opportunity to get paid experience within schools to kick-start your career and Teaching Personnel even run a Future Teachers Programme, where the experience you get now can support your PGCE applications in the future.

The role of a Cover Supervisor is delivering lessons where the work has already be planned and set for you, with the key aspect being behaviour management. It is a good opportunity to gain valuable experience in a variety of schools, across different subjects and key stages before decided what kind of role you like best. This role is great for Sports Graduates who enjoy leading a team and managing behaviour.

What do you need?

• A Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
• A relevant degree, such as in any of the following fields: Core Subjects, Psychology, Sports/Sports Coaching, SEN and Inclusion
