Teaching Personnel Bristol are currently seeking a sporty Teaching Assistant to work with a group of challenging pupils that need additional support and guidance through their lessons. You will be joining a Secondary school in Easton.

About the Role:

• Full time
• £54-£65 a day (dependant on experience)
• Sporty Behaviour Buddy

You will be supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. These students are likely to have behavioural difficulties and so need a supportive role model figure. The varying needs of the pupils include ADHD and Social & Emotional Mental Health needs.

The school likes to provide sporty extra curricular activities for the students such as non contact boxing. Due to many of the extra curricular activities being sports based the school finds they have success with sport graduates. Particularly sports coaches work well in schools with challenging students due to the transferable skills you will possess as thinking on your feet and dealing with multiple situations as they arise.

The school you will be joining is an inner city secondary school. The school itself has amazing sports facilities offering an athletics track, 3 halls, floodlit football pitch and tennis courts.
