The School

We are now recruiting for Sports Coaches to work in our schools across South Manchester and Knutsford to begin work in September. The provisions that we work with cater for children with SEMH, ASC and behavioural needs.

Provisions promote a nurture approach, encouraging positive re-enforcement and relationships with learners with some holistic approaches with the implementation of forestry schools.

The candidate

The ideal candidate will have an outgoing and resilient personality, and be able to work on their own initiative in regards to ensuring that health and safety procedures are met, and the welfare of the children. You will ideally have experience of working in an SEN setting, but applications will be judged on an individual basis. Knowledge of de-escalation strategies and team teach is desirable, but not essential as we can provide training through our CPD academy.

What we can provide

Teaching Personnel are education specialists with 23 years experience in the field. You will be provided with your own specialist consultant who will take care of your needs and advise you through the clearing and work process. You will have access to free safeguarding training and an online diary so you can manage your work times more efficiently. You will also have access to our CPD Academy, in which you will be able to attend training courses in order to aid your personal development in your career.
