Are you a dedicated and compassionate Specialist Teaching Assistant looking to support young people in a setting that truly values individual progress and wellbeing?

The Role
-
Support learners aged 16 to 25 with their learning, wellbeing and personal development
-
Work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support programmes
-
Provide one-to-one and small group support to help learners achieve their goals
-
Full-time position with working hours typically 8.30am to 5.30pm, with some weekday finish times varying

Driving is essential due to the location of the provision

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 6 months childcare experience, particularly supporting young people with additional needs
-
Patient, resilient and empathetic approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
