Are you looking to make a difference to the lives of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities?
If so, Teaching Personnel are currently working closely alongside our client schools to recruit passionate, driven Learning Support Assistant's for both full time and part time roles once the schools reopen. This is an excellent role that demands the dedication of individuals who are genuinly wanting to work with children with a variety of needs including:
- Cerebral Palsy
- Communication impairments
- Sensory impairments
- Complex learning, social care and therapeutic needs
The sucessful candidates must have relevent experience working with people with Special Needs and Disabilites such as:
- Working as a Support Worker / Carer
- Personal experiece
- Working within a specialist provison or SEN school
- Working with young people with SEN in a mainstream school
- Any other relevent experiece!
Teaching Personnel can offer the successful candidate:
- Competitive rates of GBP275-350 per week, however long term rates can be negotiated on your behalf
- Access to unique CPD opportunities to increase your qualifications and knowledge of the field such as: Autism Awareness, Safeguarding, Behaviour that Challenges and more
- An experienced Consultant along with our dedicated on call service
To be accepted for this role, you must have a Child Workforce Only DBS that is registered on the Update Service, or be happy to apply for one through ourselves.
