Teaching Personnel are working with at least 4 Schools around the local town area who are all seeking to recruit experienced Learning Support Assistants with SEMH and EAL experience. The reasons the Schools in this area require candidates with these types of specific skills sets are because of the area the Schools are located within.

Aldershot holds host to a number of army barracks and military families so we find that a lot of the children in the Schools are transit which means there are a lot of separation aniexty problems, along with settling into different environments with children from different backgrounds.
